Carlos M. – Lead Technician

Carlos has 14 years in the trade, the last seven of them with Brock in Hempstead. He’s our torsion spring specialist: the thick coiled spring mounted above the door that bears most of the lifting load. Carlos is certified on LiftMaster, Chamberlain, Genie, Clopay, Amarr, Wayne Dalton, Craftsman, and Raynor systems, so he reads the door’s manufacturer before he reaches for a tool.
